Working with primarily tax documents containing tax information, individual names, addresses, phone, Tax ID numbers, and Social Security Numbers (all considered to be Personally Identifiable Information (PII), the Vendor was looking for a cost-effective way to identify and redact specific information on forms. By using automated PII detection, over two-thirds of the documents were automatically identified saving a significant review burden.
