The session, “Seeing is believing – How video is changing the way we win cases” will take place at 11am at the Capital Hilton on October 19, 2016.
Campbell will be joined on the panel by industry experts from New Jersey Legal, BDO Consulting, PAE and Kirkland & Ellis, LLP. The 60-minute session will focus on the changing landscape of ediscovery with the advent of multimedia evidence, from a technical, legal and use-case perspective.
“Video and audio are becoming key in both legal evidence and law enforcement cases where CCTV, surveillance, police body camera and dashcam materials become part of the review process,” says Campbell. “We’ll be able to share our collective knowledge from both a technical and legal perspective. With the experience of this panel, our audience will be able to hear a combination of theory and real-world stories.”
