Earlier this year iCONECT launched the iCONECT NetworX program, which is designed to provide iCONECT clients with training, consulting, and project management resources to help them meet project goals. As the number of iCONECT-XERA document review platform users continues to grow, so does the demand for training and consulting.
iCONECT is excited to announce that a group of partners have achieved NetworX Certification. Each NetworX partner participated in intensive training on XERA which focused on training tools, project management procedures, best practice tips and tricks, and project specific workflow development. Industry veteran Cathy Story, who has worked as a project manager, consultant and trainer in the eDiscovery industry for over 20 years, is heading up the NetworX program. “We are thrilled with the initial group of consultants and trainers that have completed the NetworX program and are offering assistance to iCONECT-XERA users. Our objective is to expand this program to continue to meet the needs of the growing iCONECT-XERA user base”, says Cathy Story, Director of iCONECT NetworX. “This program is making a positive impact on all those involved.”
